I’ve struggled with falling asleep for as long as I can remember, so when BubzBeauty posted this video about getting a good night’s sleep, I had to try some of her tricks.
She mentioned that it’s not good to be glued to the screen before you go to bed. This is something that I’ve been doing for a long time (I mean, it’s 2am when I’m writing this post…) and it has to stop!
So, in order to calm my body before I switch off the lights, I read, just as Bubz has suggested. Currently I’m reading the bible which tends to give me a really peaceful and relaxing feeling. Either that, or I draw 😀
Sleeping has been a much easier task now, but I find I still have a lot of things on my mind. #firstworldproblems
